On-site, we accept credit card, checks (made out to New Jersey District Council) and cash(exact amount is most appreciated!).

•ON MAY 6, REGISTRATION OPENS AT 8:00 AM AND OUR SESSION  BEGINS AT 9:00 PM.

•CHECK-IN ENSURES THAT WE HAVE YOU CHECKED IN FOR OUR EVENT, BUT THAT YOU ARE ALSO COUNTED IN FOR OUR VOTING DURING OUR BUSINESS SESSION ON TUESDAY, SO PLEASE MAKE PLANS TO CHECK-IN AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, PRIOR TO 9:00 AM . AFTER CHECK-IN, COFFEE & REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOU AND YOU’LL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT WITH ALL EXHIBITORS, MINISTRIES AND MISSIONARIES.

BREAKOUT 2: PIPELINE | LED BY PAUL JACKSON | OPEN TO PIPELINE MEMBERS AS WELL AS  ALL PASTORS | THEME - "COMMUNICATING GOD'S WORD".  PAUL WAS A SEASONED PASTOR AT CALVARY CHURCH IN DELRAN FOR 38 YEARS. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT  SKILLS A MINISTER NEEDS, IS THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE GOD'S WORD CLEARLY .

BREAKOUT 3: NEXTGEN (FOR KIDS AND YOUTH LEADERS/PASTORS ONLY) | LED BY LEE ROGERS | YOU MUST ALSO REGISTER  & PAY FOR NEXTGEN LUNCHEON, WHICH IS ALSO A PART OF THIS SPECIFIC BREAKOUT.

IMPORTANT CHURCH DELEGATE REGISTRATION /VOTING INFORMATION

[WALK-IN] DELEGATE REGISTRATION:

If you are not a pre-registered delegate, and walk-in and you register on-site, you must have a completed church authorization delegate form with you in order to vote and register as a delegate.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PRE-REGISTER AND NOT WALK-IN & REGISTER.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR DELEGATES: AN AUTHORIZATION FOR CHURCH DELEGATES (DELEGATE CARD) IS BUILT INTO REGISTRATION SYSTEM. PLEASE HAVE LEAD PASTOR OR CHURCH BOARD SECRETARY COMPLETE ANY DELEGATE ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR YOUR CHURCH.

PLEASE NOTE: Each recognized assembly having a membership roll of 100 or less is entitled to one lay delegate. An assembly having more than 100 members is entitled to two lay delegates. Election and voting policies are in keeping with our Constitution and Bylaws (See Constitution, Article VII, Section 4). PAC delegate cards are to be completed by the parent church.
